Having ample amount of sleep is as vital for your body as having a food and water to keep it working efficiently. If you feel sleeplessness for more than 24 hours, then it may result in hazardous effects over your body.
Your mind suffers if you do not sleep after 19 to 24 hours. It will effect your way of working. Your attention may get reduced and your reaction power will be hampered as a result of sleep disorder.
Your body loses its appetite and your immune system may suffer disorder while doing regular daily tasks. It increases heart rate and blood pressure, leading your body to have heart issues soon as compared to normal people who takes ample sleep.
This may in turn, will effect your concentration power and motivational power. Distraction level among people will lead to lower perception and retention time.
