Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij’s promises for the betterment of the state

Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij visited Chandigarh today and addressed a press conference. While addressing the press conference, he told that a lot of improvements have been made after he became the health minister of the state. 15% of improvement is seen in OPD of the state. He told that he will provide CT Scan and MRI machines in every district. 9 districts have already been provided provide CT Scan and MRI machines.

He also told that he will provide dialysis machines in every district of the state. Four districts will have cath labs and the number may increase after the success of these four districts. All hospitals will be connected to PHC and CHC. The facility of  video conferencing with the courts in the hospital will be provided in all hospitals so that the doctors can save their time that they have to waste in attending their court hearings. 84 hospitals of the state will be provided recognition from NABH. Every hospital will be upgraded. If required, we will take help from world bank or any other organization, the health minister told.

The state does not have enough doctors. Doctors from other states may also be brought to Haryana state to fill the vacant positions. More doctors will be appointed in all the hospitals. To overcome this shortage, medical colleges will be started in every district. Various other steps will be taken for health improvements in the state. He also mentioned that he will take steps for the betterment of sports in the state. He said that every year on 23rd March which is the death anniversary of Bhagat Singh, Raj Guru and Sukhdev, we will conduct National level Kabaddi matches.

He said that the state is being affected by the drugs in Punjab. He wants that youth should be shown a better direction. So, he has planned to promote sports in the state. The state will also promote yoga and will participate in the National Yoga Day to be held in Chandigarh.
