HOW AN ART THERAPY CAN HELP YOU TO HAVE A CONTROL OVER YOUR THOUGHTS?

In our super busy schedule, the mind keep running at a very fast pace. In this confusion and life full of tantrums, we generally end up losing the control over self and burst out. Instead of soothing ourself down the world seem to bite us at every inch. To crave for the answers to your problems you end up becoming more problem for yourself by disrupting the peace of yoursoul andmind. The only solution to such tantrum is having an art therapy, this not only will make you feel better, but refreshing too. What are the keythings you need to perform this therapy are a pencil and a paper. Sit silently at a place and try concentrating on what you are going to do now on that paper with the pencil.
If you feel tired then start drawing flowers and if you are angry then draw lines, while in case of being in pain, you may go for drawing a model. In case, you are bored go for colouring an object and painting a rainbow will help you get rid of sadness. You may knit something if you feel a bit scared. And if you are worried and tensed, make a doll or draw some patterns, respectively. If you wish to have your lost strength back, draw a landscape and when you want to know the meaning of your weird feelings, draw a self portrait. Finally if you wish to keep your thoughts on track and keep yourself on track of your goals, you may go for drawing circles and target symbols, respectively.
